SHIPPING

Moiskeen offers free shipping to certain regions and Flat-Rate Priority Shipping for selected countries and regions. We also offer Express Shipping for an additional charge.

We do not ship to any P.O. boxes. Moiskeen is not liable for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer, refusal of package delivery, or non-delivery due to customs clearance.

We at Moiskeen work directly with trusted brands around the world to offer you quality products that you won't find anywhere else. Due to this, our products are shipped from warehouse of the brand with a shipping time of around 5 to 21 business days.

All orders will usually be dispatched in 3 to 5 business days. In peak periods please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for dispatch.

We want you to know where your orders are when it is on their way to you. Every order will come with a tracking number once the order is successfully processed. You may receive an interim tracking number from the system while the shipping partners are working on finalizing the package shipment details. If you have received a tracking that is untrackable, please do not worry and wait for 3 to 5 business days until the finalized tracking number is updated. If you have any questions in the interim, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support email.

Note, delivery dates are not guaranteed as all timeframes are subject to weather and carrier volume. We’ve provided estimated travel times which may be subject to customs delays.

Some states including Hawaii and Alaska may not qualify for free shipping due to the distance. Please confirm the final shipping options and costs at check out.


TAXES & CUSTOMS

Prices do not include import taxes, duties customs, and brokerage charges. Our warehouse are based around the world. International taxes may be applied depending on your country's tax policy. Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods.
In general, if the declared value of a package is lower than the tariff threshold, the package normally will not be taxed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay duty, tax, or import fees unless told otherwise.

If a package/order is refused by a customer or sent back to us due to failure to pay duty and customs, the customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred. Additional charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Due to the new EU VAT policy, we are currently suspending shipments to EU nations until further notice.

Insurance

In order to investigate any issue caused to your package, whether it's damaged, lost, or stolen, we will need a video/photo proof or police report in order to initiate an insurance claim. We strongly advise taking videos or photos when unboxing and having a security camera installed to avoid any liability.
